Digital marketing manager

Responsibilities

- Researching new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums.
- Campaigns : Creating and contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns;
- Analysis : Using web analytics software to monitor performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Strategy : developing and integrating content marketing strategies, keeping up to date with current digital trends.
- Social media marketing : developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
- Creating Digital content : in form of blogs and articles on RoadGods blog portal . Should be (preferably) good at creating content related to Travel or Automotives.
- Content Marketing : Market the content to relevant audience through social and traditional media channels.
- Search engine optimisation (SEO): developing strategies to increase number of visitors to a website by getting high-ranking placements in search results.
- Paid Advertising : Pay per click (PPC) campaigns: sponsored online advertising paid for by the business to appear alongside non-paid search results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative at creating digital content especially in the verticals of Travel and automotives.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Google Adwords, DART etc)
- Can work with technology team for marketing planks.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Web / App Developer

Responsibilities

- Business focussed approach to lead the Technology team to build on the insights of company vision

- Development and optimisation of mobile app with user analytics/machine learning based data feed.

- Integration of user-facing elements with server side logic

- Write well designed, testable, reusable and efficient code by using best software development practices

- Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability

- Implementation of security and data protection

- Design and implementation of data storage solutions

- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent

Skills And Qualifications

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

- Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as LESS and SASS

- Proven working experience in web programming . If a fresher, then a considerable graduation/hobby project should be under the belt.

- Understanding accessibility and security compliance

- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

- Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes

- Data migration, transformation, and scripting

- Setup and administration of backups

- Usage of data in different formats

- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform

- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

- Proficient knowledge of at least one scripting language (PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript etc.)

- Proficient knowledge of programming languages pertaining to development of mobile apps for different platforms (Java, Swift,C, C++ etc. )

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

- (Preferable) Prior experience in designing products for outdoor Gear (Adventure Gear) and other apparel categories.
- Freshers/Interns can also apply
- Highly innovative and creative skills in product design - Ability to think out of the box and create a never-before product range.
- Should have deep understanding of all software and hardware tools required for product design. 
- Should have deep understanding and sound judgement of all material used for products
- Leadership skills - Leadership abilities to take a product range from a design concept to a finished product.

 

As part of the team the candidate shall be expected to perform following responsibilities :

- Design a new and innovative range of outdoor gear and apparel
- Create ground-breaking innovative product designs.
- Sound selection of combination/quality of fabric and other material for the products
- Create samples for each new product, working with the workmen in the sampling unit.
- Designing product packaging and other relevant branding on the product
- This is a top layer position so in future the candidate will be expected to lead future designers in the team.

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
- Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.
- Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership.
- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
- Coach and develop direct reports.
- Build online network of vendors and sellers and encourage them to sell on the marketplace platform.
- Grow the catalog of products engaging with the vendors.
- Build offline network of distributors and vendors for offline sales channel of RoadGods products.
- Work with Marketing team to ensure consistent lead generation.
- Implement performance plans according to company procedure.
- Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.
- Collaborate with Technology team on sales technology initiatives.
- Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports.
- Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
- Train and ensure adherence to sales process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing majors preferred.
- Two to five years in a sales representative role; within industry preferred.
- One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.
- Strong intrapersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
