Product Warranty(if any)is clearly specified in the product description page with all that it covers. If the customer needs any clarification regarding the warranty, he/she should contact our customer care regarding the same, BEFORE buying the product. We would NOT be able to accept complaints, which are not covered under warranty. If there is no warranty specified on the product page then ONLY the generic 15 day replacement warranty (please refer Returns and Replacement policy for details) applies to such cases.
There are some products which are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty (this will be clearly specified on the product page). After-sales complaints for such products should be addressed directly to the Manufacturer. RoadGods will NOT be able to address complaints for such products with Manufacturer Warranty applicable. Once your Order is successfully placed,you will receive a confirmation over email fromRoadGods Moto. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking. We also accept payment via "cash on Delivery" at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment has a convenience charge associated with it.All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!
To give you the best deals around, we occasionally issue promo coupons. It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts. Different promo coupons are applicable on different minimum order value. In order to know the minimum order value please check the email or coupon card you received.
Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details on your registered email id. We don’t verify the email id you provide for registration, so please make sure that you provide a valid email-id. If you’ve already made a mistake by providing an invalid email id, please get in touch with our customer care, we’ll sort that for you.
Again after your order is dispatched we send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen event which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.
Updating Account Information
To change your account information, click on “my account” next to the Welcome tab at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”.
To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”.
To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”.
