We take full care in the quality inspection of our products and their safe delivery to you. And that is why we are confident of giving you a replacement warranty of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. If you find any manufacturing defect OR you think that the product is NOT as specified in the product images and description. We will happily provide you a replacement.
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:
– Damages due to misuse of product
– Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
– Any consumable item which has been used or installed
– Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
– Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
– Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
All physical products sold by RoadGods are covered by this guarantee. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same on RoadGods.com. We will only offer you an exchange or refund providing that the goods are in perfect condition and have all their original labeling and packaging. We can process a refund only when we establish that the reason provided by the customer is valid and that the products comply with the above mentioned conditions.
We provide reverse pickup for most locations. But for locations where a reverse pickup is not supported the customer would need to send the product to our address through a courier . If the product requires uninstallation , the customer shall get the same detached / uninstalled at own arrangement and expenses . The courier charges will be reimbursed upto a maximum of Rs. 150. Reimbursements/refunds will be processed after receipt of the product in resale-able condition.
We accept returns and replacements only for defective products and in cases where product does not match the specifications on the website. Please check your respective size for fitting with the product, using the information provided on the product page (or please contact us). We’d be unable to replace product for fitting related issues. We currently do not support exchanges, cases where customer is simply not satisfied with the product. If we plan to support this in future we will let you know, through this page.
We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached labels and before disposing of any original packaging. If any items are missing report the same immediately to the delivery person. We will not be able to accept any complain of missing items if it is not reported to the delivery person. We hope that you understand that we cannot establish the reason of missing products unless it is reported to the delivery boy at the time of delivery.
To cancel your order please email your Order Id to us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once your cancellation request is created, we wil ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
Process for refund:
For unshipped orders:
Once you cancel unshipped item(s) in your order, we will initiate a refund directly to your bank in 3-5 days. You will be notified of the same by email. In case of COD your order will be directly cancelled.
For shipped orders:
If the item has been dispatched, your refund will be initiated once we receive the original consignment back.
