Warranty Policy

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS


We love our products. And we want our customers to love them too. To meet this goal, we take extreme care of quality assurance in the manufacturing, the reason why we are so sure of the superior quality of our products . However, for our customers to have faith in our claims we do warrant them for the quality we assure.

RoadGods India hereby warrants that any authentic RoadGods branded merchandise will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service from the applicable period specified as relevant. We provide our customers' service & support for any after-sales issue with our products, under the following terms and conditions.


WARRANTY TERMS

  • RoadGods provides a 12 months warranty for all authentic RoadGods Branded Products only.

  • Warranty applies to defects related to product material, zipper, workmanship.

  • Original documentation of purchase (receipt and warranty card) should be produced along with the product when applying for the warranty claims.

  • Following types of warranty claims are excluded from this warranty

    • Damage due to burns, Wear and tear , extended storage in damp/wet conditions and due to accidents/negligence.

    • Damage caused by not complying to the “Wash and care” instructions. For example, If the product is washed by a harsh, low quality soap, the material is ought to be damaged. Such a case will not be covered by the warranty.

    • Damage caused by “improper use” or “improper care”. Improper use includes all use which the product could not reasonably be expected to withstand, without suffering damage. For example, damage caused to the bag due to storage of sharp edged tools fall under "improper use". Damage caused to a bag as a result of prolonged exposure to camp fire will certainly result in irreversible deterioration of product material. Such action constitutes "improper care" and is not covered by the warranty.

    • Prints on Products and Color Fastness do not come under the warranty. Although we assure you the best quality prints and materials, we hope that you understand that the texture, color and composition of even the best of the prints diminishes over a period of time, specially when exposed to sunlight and/or moist/wet climatic conditions.

    • Any loss to the owner/user due to a defect in the product . Such indirect loss to the user will NOT be covered by the warranty.

  • RoadGods India reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged RoadGods product. If the defect in the product is found complying to the warranty T&C , RoadGods will either repair or replace the product, depending on the type of defect, at its sole discretion.

  • If we ascertain that a damaged product requires a replacement, please be advised that we will retain the original product. We will attempt to replace the product with another piece having the same model and color . However, if the product model is discontinued or is no longer available, at the time of warranty claim, we will replace it with a product that is comparable in price and style. Availability of the same model and color match may or may not be possible .

  • All costs of transportation of the RoadGods product to and from the designated Service Point for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser.



PROCESS

If the customer faces any issue with RoadGods Products which complies with the Warranty Terms specified above, the customer would have to contact RoadGods through the information provided on the product support page on our website - www.RoadGods.com. The customer can raise a warranty claim by either email through the email-id provided or can talk to our representative on the respective telephone numbers mentioned on the website.

RoadGods after-sales team will register the warranty claim request . The team will address customer’s concerns via phone/email and will provide all relevant assistance with regards to the claim. Our representative may ask the customer to provide preliminary photographs of the defect cited by a customer in the request.


If the preliminary stage check is cleared, the customer will be asked to carry-in or courier the product to an address provided by the representative.


PRE-DESPATCH CHECK

Products despatched for review must be clean. We hope that you understand that a clean product is required by our Workmen to address the defect . We recommend you to clean the product as per the washing instructions provided hereby or on the product tag. Please also ensure that personal belongings are not inside the bag before handing over for service.


RoadGods India reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged RoadGods product. If the defect in the product is found complying to the warranty T&C ,RoadGods will either repair or replace the product, depending on the type of defect, at its sole discretion.


Customer will be notified about the warranty claim status after the inspection is complete, and depending on the result of the inspection, customer will be notified to pickup the product from the service center.



DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

In order to be covered under this limited warranty, the purchaser must present acceptable proof of original ownership (original receipt, warranty card) for the product.

Standard turnaround time (STA) is 15 working days (3 weeks) from date of receipt.

WASH CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Hand wash with cold water

  • Use mild soap . Do NOT use harsh detergents .

  • No machine wash & no tumble dry

  • Dry in shade.

  • Do not use bleach

  • Do not use hard brushes
